KATAVI NATIONAL PARK WE WILL TAKE TO SEE ALL THIS BEAUTY OF OUR COUNTRY Katavi National Park came into existence in 1974 and is said to be the most Undisturbed, remote, vast natural and pristine park, providing the few intrepid Souls who make it there with a thrilling taste of Africa. It’s Tanzania’s Third largest National Park after Serengeti and Ruaha with 4.471 square kilometer. The main tourist activities in the park include game viewing, short walks (escorted by armed rangers) and visit to the tamarind tree inhabited by the spirit of the legendary hunter KATABI after whom the park is named. The most and well know attraction that attracts the tourists to visit the part is WHITE COLOURED GIRRAFEE which cannot be seen or found in any of the National Park worldwide and also GIGANTIC BUFFALOES. Accommodation facilities are available in the form of “Bandas” for 20 people. The park can be reached by charter flights from Dar es Salaam or Arusha or a Day’s drive from Mbeya 550 km/340 mile.

LAKE RUKWA MBIZI FOREST HOTEL WE ARE THE PATH TO ALL OF THIS It’s a Rift Valley lake found in the left of the great Rift Valley of East Africa. It’s after which the Region is named i.e RUKWA REGION. The lake is famous for being SHALLOW LAKE in the world with the deepest Point of only about seven meters. The shores of the lake are mainly muddy and Its waters are not as clear as the waters of Tanganyika, It’s about 50 km from Sumbawanga Town. KALAMBO FALLS Located about 110 km from Sumbawanga Town at the boarder of Tanzania and Zambia. The falls are the highest in the country the SECOND HIGHEST FALLS in the word. The Kalambo falls is within the Kalambo falls Forest Reserve which is also another attraction because it experiences a lot of wild animals like monkeys and Some notable birds. The climate is conducive and you enjoy also an aerial view of lake Tangayika from the mountains surrounding the falls. The falls take the name after river Kalambo which pours its water in Lake Tanganyika.
